At Clearglaze, we pride ourselves on our personalised, non-pushy sales approach. When you visit our showroom, we’ll offer you tea or coffee and let you explore our product range at your own pace. Our knowledgeable sales manager, Dom, or some of his team will be on hand to answer any questions, and should you decide you’d like help or advice, we are more than happy to assist. We avoid gimmicks and pushy sales techniques because we are confident in our products and believe they speak for themselves.
The first step on the ladder. If you’d like a quote for your chosen product, one of our customer sales advisors will promptly arrange an appointment at your property at a time that suits you. A sales team member will then come to take measurements and discuss your options. This takes approximately half an hour.
If you want to order a door, you can use our website’s handy ‘Design my door’ feature to create your dream door using your measurements.
After this, you’ll receive a fully itemised quote carefully prepared by Lisa in our sales office. We will leave you to consider this at your leisure; if you’d like to proceed with an order or have any questions, you can email or phone our friendly team to discuss queries. If you decide to proceed, a detailed agreement will be sent to you for approval. Lisa will check all the details and create your personalised file, which is ready to pass on to our survey and installation department.
The paperwork. At this point, it’s all about the fine details. Russell and Jackie, our installations department, will assign one of our experienced fitting teams to your project and work with you to arrange suitable survey and installation dates. The survey is carried out first to take accurate measurements, and our team will also offer guidance on preparing the space before work starts. Our order processor, Louise, then checks the final details and sends them to our trusted manufacturers.
Watch your project come to life. Installation is about to begin. Sit back and let our professional installation team do the hard work and get your windows, doors or conservatory project looking smart and stylish. Our teams always work as cleanly as possible, causing minimal disruption to the home. Once the job is done, we’ll ask you to confirm that you are happy with the job before the team leaves the site.
Aftercare. We want you to love your new space, so it’s essential that you are happy with the quality of the completed work. Once the job is finished, we’ll ask for feedback, and Helen from our accounts department will process your payment and mark the project as complete. Your project then gets passed into our 10-year guarantee file.
Laura runs our service department, and you can reach her on her direct line if any queries or maintenance work arise. If an aftercare visit is required, Laura will arrange for Marc, our senior engineer, Tim, Roger, our service engineers, or Russell, our service manager, to visit and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
